Honey Mask

  • You will need to take one teaspoon of raw honey

Honey and turmeric mask

Honey and Yoghurt mask

  • Take 2 tablespoons of yoghurt ( use natural yoghurt) and 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • Leave the mask on for 20 mins and wipe it off with a warm towel.
  • Combine honey with oil to promote healthy, glowing skin.

Honey and Oil mask

  • 4 tbsp jojoba oil ( or any other non-comedogenic oils) and 1 tbsp of raw honey
  • Apply 2-3 drops and massage it in for 5 mins. Leave it on for 30 mins or overnight.

Exfoliator with Honey

  • To make an exfoliator take one tablespoon of baking soda and two tablespoons of honey mix them
  • Carefully rub your damp face with the concoction

  • To treat acne, simply apply drops of honey to the affected areas and let it for around 10 minutes before rinsing it away.

Use these masks 2-3 times a week, depending on your skin type.

Shelf Life – The honey turmeric and honey oil mask may be stored in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks, however, the yoghurt honey mask and exfoliator should be made fresh each time it is used.
